Keen about fitness workouts, Gokul started experimenting different forms of workout from an early age of 14, until he was chosen into the Science of Yoga by his guru. Little did he know, that he was about to unlock a whole new dimension inside him, which was not just about physical strength, but develop a power in his mind that helped him explore new possibilities in life. Today, he is keen on delivering his 16 years of experience in Yoga, spanning across India, Russia and other countries helping individuals to achieve beyond their physical and emotional capabilities. His classes in TRANCE YOGA are done with a mission to make people strong enough - physically, mentally and emotionally, so they can create the life they desire.
Dr. Nidhi Dhama is a Gold medalist in Bachelors of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS), from one of the top-ranking Homoeopathic Colleges in India. After her masters in Pediatrics (Hom.) she went on to do apprenticeship under her father Dr. K.P.S.Dhama and has gathered a rich experience in treating all kinds of acute and chronic illnesses over the last 15 years. Being an all-rounder and having understood and practiced a balanced lifestyle, she has become a firm believer of the Holistic Approach, especially as she embraced motherhood. Keeping in line with her philosophy, she is always expanding her knowledge base and learning across disciplines to best integrate their practices in her spiritual journey. She is certified in the use of singing bowls from the International Academy of Sound Healing. What started as a supplement for her patients' spiritual wellbeing has now become her passion. She regularly takes personal / group meditation and sound healing sessions in India and Dubai
Greeshma started doing yoga from the age of 4 as her father used to practice yoga regularly. And by seeing him she also started practicing. Her father is a huge inspiration for her to get into the world of yoga. Greeshma is also a passionate cook and loves gardening. She was very much interested in understanding the mythology of Vedas, Ayurveda, Geetha and Ramayana. This led her to gain knowledge from the books in these subjects. Later, as the interest changed to knowing and experiencing all she understood, she started pursuing more into these by going to institutes for further studies. She’s now a qualified yoga teacher with 8 years of experience and a certified Panchakarma specialist(Ayurveda) along with deep and vast knowledge in many other vedas Yoga became her favourite subject and a part of her life and soon she started teaching. With all the other knowledge she has from Yoga, Vedas and Ayurveda, her classes became outstanding. She has motivated and healed numerous people through her classes. Her mission is to spread the knowledge she gained, to help people to attain and maintain a better life.
Rohit, had always been a very devoted student of yoga. He felt extraordinarily well physically and mentally with the daily routine of yoga. He always found a great sense of satisfaction and upliftment of my being through the practices. He decided to pursue more into the subject authentically which led me to do a post-graduation in yoga therapy at Mangalore University. After his studies and the numerous years of experience, he began his career as a yoga therapist. He was fortunate enough to heal more than a thousand patients with the grace of yoga in his career. While on his healing journey, He got drawn towards ashtanga vinyasa style. He was blessed to be learned under Saraswati Jois, daughter of Pattabhi Jois, the art of Mysore Ashtanga and Ashtanga Vinyasa. He continued his journey to learn the depths of Vedanta and Meditation at Shivananda ashram, where he experienced and brought out the spirituality in him. He has also leaned the techniques of Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and Yoga nidra from Bihar School of yoga. With this immense knowledge and experience, he felt an urge to share the joy of Yoga with as many people as possible and became the mission of his life. He has been teaching ever since, in different cities in India and abroad for the last 14 years and still counting. His resolution for this life is to unfold the path of yoga and offer his time and effort for the well-being of humanity. He is also a 500hr (RYT) Yoga alliance and REPS Uae certified teacher.
Leslie was drawn to yoga because of it’s physical practice. She enjoyed the challenges of doing Power flow yoga despite not being flexible and fit when she started going to a local gym in Muscat. Through practicing yoga religiously, she gained strength and her flexibility increased. She also learned how to stay present and become aware of her body and breath. Leslie’s passion for yoga and for helping others led her to enroll in a Yoga Teacher Training when she moved back to Dubai in 2018 . She started teaching immediately after her graduation in the beginning of 2019. Leslie help her students feel comfortable in their practice, learn essential postures, and ensure a safe practice for everyone. Her approach in teaching yoga is focused on the balance between strength and flexibility, invigorating and calmness, challenging and accessible . She teaches Vinyasa Flow, so you can expect to move, sweat, and breathe.
