Leslie was drawn to yoga because of it’s physical practice. She enjoyed the challenges of doing Power flow yoga despite not being flexible and fit when she started going to a local gym in Muscat. Through practicing yoga religiously, she gained strength and her flexibility increased. She also learned how to stay present and become aware of her body and breath. Leslie’s passion for yoga and for helping others led her to enroll in a Yoga Teacher Training when she moved back to Dubai in 2018 . She started teaching immediately after her graduation in the beginning of 2019. Leslie help her students feel comfortable in their practice, learn essential postures, and ensure a safe practice for everyone. Silvia was born in Spain but now she consider herself a world citizen. She loves traveling, nature, animals and yoga! She started practicing Rhythmic gymnastics at the age of 4 and since then she can't stop working in her body and now, thanks to yoga, in her mind too. Her yoga journey began on a hard time in her life, where she needed time for herself and self-reflecting. After some months of self learning, she started practising yoga almost every day and she found that Ashtanga Vinyasa was the perfect kind of yoga for her. She wanted to go deep into her daily practice so she decided to do the Teacher Training in one of the best Ashtanga yoga schools in Rishikesh (India). Tattvaa Yogashala (RYS) taught her self discipline, mental control, awareness and how to adjust the asanas properly. Silvia is an organized person who always plans her classes in advance but she can be creative and adapt the sequence to the students mood too. She loves to work in a positive atmosphere, showing herself calm and disciplined but funny and compassionate at the same time. In her classes you will enjoy her precise adjustments because she believes it is good to have a bit of help to feel the full expression of the asana. She likes to use props and give modifications when needed, to work on the asanas slowly and safely because in yoga we are not in a hurry to achieve the asana, instead we search the benefits of it. She practices yoga every day, not only because it feels good but because if you haven't experienced it yourself, it is difficult to teach it. And as she always says: You never stop learning from your yoga practice!
